What exactly does the Car Rental Digital Presence Package include?
A custom bilingual (Arabic/English) PHP/MySQL website with up to 12 pages or reusable templates, a fleet listing with vehicle detail pages, an admin dashboard to manage vehicles, offers, blog posts and FAQs, a booking enquiry form with WhatsApp and email routing, one domain, 5 GB SSD hosting with SSL and daily backups, up to five professional email accounts, technical and local SEO, GEO and AI-search readiness setup, one-time social media account setup, and a training session with full handover.
What does the launch price of AED 3,669 cover?
The complete scope for the first year: domain, hosting, SSL, email accounts, website build, admin dashboard, SEO/GEO setup, one-time social media setup, training and handover. No VAT is charged, and it does not include third-party platform fees, photography or videography, or monthly social media management.
Is the discount real, and how long will it last?
Yes. The regular package price is AED 4,999 and the launch offer is AED 3,669 — a saving of AED 1,330. This is a limited-time launch offer. We do not use fake countdowns or claim permanent scarcity. No expiry date is stated unless Shiffera configures one.
Are the prices inclusive of VAT?
No. No VAT is charged, so the prices shown are the final prices.
How does the annual renewal work?
After the first year, the renewal covers hosting, domain, SSL, backups, monitoring, maintenance and support. The discounted renewal is AED 999/year instead of AED 1,500/year — a saving of AED 501/year. Renewal is optional; the website remains yours.
What is the payment schedule?
50% upon signing, 25% after written approval of the final website before publishing, and 25% upon final delivery. Payment is by bank transfer.
How long does the project take?
Typically 10–15 business days after the first payment and receipt of all required content and access. Delays in content or access can extend this period.
Do I need to provide content, photos and text?
We collect and structure the content you already have. Photography and videography are not included, so we use photos you provide — and we can guide you on taking good photos with a phone.
How many vehicles can I add to the website?
Unlimited vehicle records, subject to hosting resources and acceptable use. Each vehicle supports multiple images, name, brand, model, year, fuel type, transmission, number of seats, description, availability status, daily/weekly/monthly prices, and an option to hide prices.
Will the website work in Arabic and English?
Yes. Both languages are included, with correct right-to-left layout for Arabic. Bilingual content is part of the package at no extra charge.
How do bookings work?
The booking feature is an enquiry/request system. Visitors submit an enquiry and it is routed to your WhatsApp and email so your team confirms availability manually. It is not a real-time booking engine, a live fleet availability system or an online payment gateway.
Do you provide an online payment gateway?
No. An online payment gateway is not part of this package. If needed, you can connect one separately with our assistance.
Can you guarantee that I will rank on Google or appear in AI answers?
No. We implement recognized best practices — technical SEO, local SEO, GEO, structured data, sitemaps and clear content — which improve technical readiness and increase the opportunity to appear. Nobody can guarantee rankings, traffic, leads or bookings.
What does the social media setup include?
One-time creation or optimization of Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn business accounts: profile image with your logo, one cover design per platform, company description, business category, contact details, website URL, and phone or WhatsApp where supported. It does not include monthly management, recurring publishing, follower growth, replying to messages, ads, verification or account recovery.
Do I get a domain and hosting?
Yes. One standard .com or .ae domain (subject to availability) and 5 GB SSD hosting with up to 50 GB monthly bandwidth, SSL, daily backups, standard security hardening and monitoring are included for the first year.
How many email accounts are included?
Up to five professional email accounts with 2 GB storage per mailbox.
Who owns the website and content?
Your company owns the website, its content and the domain registration. Credentials are handed over after full payment. The site runs on PHP/MySQL with a standard license — no SaaS lock-in.
Can I change the website myself after launch?
Yes. The admin dashboard lets you manage vehicles, prices, offers, blog posts and FAQs. We train you in a session of up to two hours and provide a PDF user guide.
Can I request changes during development?
Yes. The process includes a homepage concept stage, a design approval point and a testing stage so you can review and request revisions before launch. Changes beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
Is there a mobile app?
No mobile app is included. The website is mobile-first and works like a fast app in the browser, which covers the large majority of rent-a-car enquiries without app-store costs or approval delays.
