1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of this microsite and describe the key terms of the Car Rental Digital Presence Package offered by Shiffera.com Technologies ("Shiffera", "we", "us"). By using this site or submitting an enquiry you agree to these terms. A detailed service agreement is provided before work begins and, where a written agreement is signed, it takes precedence over this summary.

2. Use of the site

You may browse the site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to disrupt, probe, scrape or interfere with the site, its forms or its infrastructure. We may block access to visitors who abuse the site.

3. The package and its scope

The summary scope includes a custom bilingual (Arabic/English) PHP/MySQL website, an admin dashboard, a booking enquiry system with WhatsApp and email routing, domain and hosting for the first year, professional email accounts, SEO/GEO/AI-search readiness setup, one-time social media setup, training and handover. 4. The booking feature

The booking feature is an enquiry/request system only. It is not an online payment gateway, a confirmed real-time booking engine, a live fleet availability platform, fleet dispatch software, a CRM, ERP or accounting system. Confirmation of availability remains your responsibility.

5. SEO, GEO and AI-search expectations

We implement recognised best practices for technical, on-page and local SEO, GEO and AI-search readiness. These improve technical readiness and increase the opportunity to appear in search results. We do not and cannot guarantee rankings, first-page results, traffic, leads, bookings or revenue, and we make no claim to do so.

6. Pricing and VAT

No VAT is charged on the package, so the prices shown are the final prices. The launch price is AED 3,669 (regular AED 4,999); the annual renewal is AED 999/year (regular AED 1,500/year). The launch offer is a limited-time offer; no expiry date is stated unless configured by Shiffera.

7. Payment schedule

Payments are made by bank transfer in three stages: 50% upon signing, 25% after written approval of the final website before publishing, and 25% upon final delivery. Credentials are handed over after full payment.

8. Timeline

Delivery is typically 10–15 business days after the first payment and receipt of all required content and access. The timeline depends on the timely provision of content, decisions and approvals by you.

9. Content you provide

You are responsible for the accuracy of the content, logos, text, prices and photos you provide and for having the right to use them. We may decline to publish content that is unlawful or infringes third-party rights.

10. Ownership

Upon full payment, you own the developed website, its content and the domain registration associated with the project. We retain ownership of our underlying tools, frameworks and standard components. The site is delivered under a standard licence without SaaS lock-in.

11. Support and warranty

The package includes one training session (up to two hours), a PDF user guide and a 30-day technical warranty after acceptance covering defects in the delivered work. Hosting, maintenance and support continue through the annual renewal.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shiffera is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising from the use of this site or the services. Our total liability in connection with this site is limited to the amount you paid for the package.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
